Below we answer common questions users often have on our taxi services in order to facilitate the process as much as possible.

How many people can travel in a taxi?
Our taxis can transport up to four passengers, complying with all legal vehicle regulations authorised by the Generalitat Valenciana. Although there are currently taxis that have the capacity to accommodate more people (such as people carriers), legally taxis cannot transport more than four people.

How much luggage can I fit into the taxi?
The cars in our fleet can fit three large suitcases. Luggage transfer is free.

When I book a taxi, is the meter already running?
No, even when taxis provide pick-up services their meter will always start from zero. There is no charge for the pick-up service.

Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by credit card with us, we accept payment with MasterCard, Visa or 4B. Other companies do not always have this option available.

If I have a baby, is there a seat for them?
Yes, but you must order one, you can request this service when you make your telephone reservation.

Are taxis are available twenty four hours a day? Even though telephone customer service is only available from 6am to midnight?
Yes, you can book a taxi by telephone for 3am, for example, within telephone customer service times.
